This seems to be a good quality, UL listed electrical tape. I generally don’t pay for super high quality tape for the “identification tapes” like I would for the regular black tape. The colored tapes are generally for identification of specific conductors. Green for ground, white for neutral, and the other colors for phases, depending on what you are working on. Wrap each end over top the black insulation for 6 inches or more, so that anyone will be easily able to see that this is a grounding
