pretty color, tho not very intense. the scribble at the right bottom corner goes from the darkest to the lightest intensity. it is easily erased with its own eraser, tho. the two scribbles on the left bottom corner used to be one until i divorced them via eraser. it doesn't have the same feel as a watercolor pencil, it feels a bit more waxy, but it serves its purpose. better than a graphite pencil, it leaves no residue when erased.

I used it mainly for cheese, as was recommended to make a specialty cheese for a former client. It worked fine for the few baking projects. I recommend it for baking, not for cheesemaking.

Amazing color output! We used this for our buttercream frosting recipe! It was so vibrant and didn't alter the taste whatsoever! I will forever use Wiltin products!

Wilton is a good brand

I bake quite a bit, and the icing I make is a very tedious process. If I use most liquid food colorings, it thins it out significantly or changes the texture. I love this gel, as it is super concentrated, so I do not have to use much. I generally will add small amounts at a time using a toothpick. If you need it super pigmented, it can be tedious, but the results are worth it.

This teal shade is one of my favorites to decorate cookies with. I use it for both royal and buttercream icing. And Wilton is definitely a brand you can trust!
